WINCHESTER HOMES

We originally started with pre-fabricated homes which were delivered to and assembled in Fort McMurray. Today we are building single family homes from the ground up with locally based contractors. Our focus is to provide the community of Fort McMurray with homes "Built For Living ".

WINCHESTER VILLAS

Our largest multi-family project to date has been Winchester Villas, built in the heart of Lakewood Community. We created a 72 unit Townhouse complex backing on to a green space, walkingpaths, playground and tennis courts.

WINCHESTER GREENS

In this apartment style condominium we included an elevator, games room, underground car wash bay, and security system. We completed the project with tasteful exterior details and beautiful landscaping. Backing on to a green space and playground this project is a great option for local residents.

THUNDERIDGE CHALETS

Built in Fernie, British Columbia Thunderridge Chalets is a complex of 18 ski-in, ski-out units with attached garages and floor plans conducive to apres ski gathering or family nights infront of the fire. Completed in 1998, this project continues to provide owners with an excellent return on their investment.
